Chart 3. Neighbourhood Environment and Health
Chart 3 illustrates the number of unhealthy days in unsupportive and supportive neighbourhood environments. The results are divided into two age ranges: 65 to 74, and 75 and over. In an unsupportive environment the number of unhealthy days was 7.X for the 65 to 74 age group and 9.X for those 75 and over. In a supportive environment the number of unhealthy days was 3.X and 3.X respectively.
